This Privacy Policy explains how artur_sh ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Dig & Merge! mobile game (the "Game").

1. Information We Collect

The current version of the Game does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data with us or with third parties.

The Game does not require an account and does not request your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, advertising identifier, or other personal information.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

To provide gameplay and preserve your progress, the Game stores limited information locally on your device, such as:

• completed and current levels;
• earned coins, tools, gifts, and other in-game items;
• merge-grid and gameplay progress;
• tutorial status;
• gameplay settings; and
• Daily Spin availability and cooldown state.

This information is used only to operate the Game. It is not transmitted to us. Depending on your device and operating-system settings, Apple or Google may include application data in a device backup. Any such backup is controlled by the applicable platform provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

3. Device Permissions

The Game may use your device's vibration or haptic functionality to provide gameplay feedback. The current version does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, or shared media storage.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party SDKs

The current version of the Game does not integrate advertising services, analytics services, tracking technologies, or third-party software development kits that collect personal data.

If we add such services in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy and any relevant app-store privacy disclosures before or when those services become available.

5. App Stores and Platform Providers

If you download or use the Game through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable platform provider may independently process information relating to downloads, purchases, device diagnostics, store activity, or account activity. 6. Children's Privacy

The Game does not knowingly collect personal data from children or adults. Because the current version does not collect personal data, we do not maintain personal information about children.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not maintain user accounts or server-side personal data for the Game.

Locally stored gameplay data remains on your device until it is removed by the Game, cleared through your device settings, or deleted when you uninstall the Game. Because this data is not transmitted to us, we cannot remotely access, restore, or delete it.

8. Security

We design the current version of the Game to operate without transmitting gameplay data to our servers. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and the security of local data also depends on your device, operating system, and platform settings.

9. International Data Transfers

The current version of the Game does not transfer personal data to us or to our servers in Kazakhstan or any other country.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, legal requirements, or our practices. The updated policy will show a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method, such as an in-game notice, an app-store listing, or the page where this policy is published.
